What I'm
Building.
I don't collect projects. I build movements, frameworks, and communities that close the gap between knowing better and actually living differently.

The Fundamental Wellbeing Foundation
There is a different way to experience life — one where the constant background hum of anxiety, the subtle sense that something isn't quite right, simply isn't there. The Fundamental Wellbeing Foundation exists to champion this work: decades of peer-reviewed science conducted by a dedicated group of researchers, pointing to something most people don't even know exists.
My work here is translation. I take what the research is revealing and make it accessible to people who aren't academics or lifelong meditators — regular people, living regular lives, who deserve to know this is actually available to them.
I believe this work matters more than almost anything else I do. The more people who can live from this place — not as a concept, but as a stable, everyday way of being — the better the world gets. Full stop.

Consumer to Creator
Consumer to Creator started as a question I couldn't stop asking: why are so many high-achieving, successful people still walking around feeling empty?
The answer, I realized, is that most of us have been trained to consume our way through life — to collect achievements, optimize routines, and chase the next milestone — without ever stopping to ask whether any of it is actually ours.
Consumer to Creator is the antidote. It's a movement, a growing community, and a direct challenge: stop consuming your life and start creating it.

Thriving Through Transitions
A Practical Guide for Turning Life's Challenges into Opportunities to Thrive
I wrote this book because life handed me a lot at once — loss, divorce, career reinvention — and I had to figure out how to not just survive the transitions but actually thrive inside them.
What I discovered is that the same principles apply whether you're navigating grief, a relationship ending, a career pivot, or any other change that pulls the rug out from under you. Transitions aren't the problem — it's how we move through them that determines everything.
This book gives you the tools to do exactly that: a practical, step-by-step guide to thriving no matter what change has come your way. (Published as Jocelyn Kuhn.)
Digital Locker Room
Mental health, character, and identity are as trainable as any physical skill — but most young male athletes never get the reps. Digital Locker Room is changing that.
Built for male athletes ages 12–21, DLR is a daily mental fitness community that gives young men a safe space to work on the side of the game no coach has time to teach: anxiety, identity, ambition, brotherhood, and becoming the kind of person who shows up — on the field and off it.
As an advisor and co-founder, I help shape the curriculum, the community, and the kind of transformation DLR creates in the lives of the athletes and families it serves.

"The gap between insight and impact is the most expensive real estate in personal development. Everything I build works to close it."
